The goal of this 8 km (5 mi) itinerary is to help get sedentary and overweight people more active on a flat hike featuring breathing and other holistic stations.

Move, breathe, listen, meditate with Nature. Immerse and recharge yourself in the nature of the Dolomites with the Dolomiti Natural Wellness.

There are 8 itineraries in which the Elements - Bare footing, Natural kneipp, Tree hugging, Natural walking - have arisen spontaneously in the area Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo e della Val Rendena.

Within each itinerary, specially marked with signs and boards, you can practice the specific Natural Wellness activities as yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, sun salutations.

Try them all either as part of an organized weekly program of activities (only during the summer) or on your own with the help of explanatory information boards.

Turn-by-turn directions

From the Pinzolo’s Pineta park, head to the left and follow along a brief section of bike trail until the crossroads. Continue to the left along the dirt road running along the Sarca river until the bridge over the highway. Cross the bridge to the right and continue following the bike trail until Crosetta park. The hike ends here with Breathing and Stretching exercises.

Return to the starting point along the same route. Along the way, there are information boards with interesting scientific information.

Getting there

Along the road SS239 of Val Rendena up to Pinzolo, about 13 km southwards Madonna di Campiglio. Go to the southern area of the village, in Pinzolo’s Pineta park.

Parking

Free big car parks near the playground in Pinzolo’s Pineta park, the ice stadium, the tennis fields and the football field.
