Turn-by-turn directions

The itinerary: From the Vallesinella parking lot, take the trail that leads to Cascata di Mezzo, an excellent Silence Room for Breathing exercises at this beautiful waterfall. Continue along the forest road to Malga Fratte, another Silence Room for practicing Inner Silence (connection with itinerary n. 7). Continue on to Malga Brenta Bassa, a special Silence Room where you can enjoy a variety of practices: Sun Salutation, Barefeet Hiking, Tree Hugging, Natural Kneipp (we suggest you to practise the Natural Kneipp in the flat part of the river near the signals and to use trekking sticks for a better balance).

Return to Cascata di Mezzo along the dirt road that heads uphill away from Malga Brenta Bassa. Back at the falls, you may again practice Breathing exercises before returning to the start.
